Responsibilities and Duties

HR Recruiters: (No. Of Openings - 4)
Recruitment and Selection (End to End recruitment cycle)
Short-listing profiles from various job portals, based on the Client requirements in specific skills and matching it to the candidate & skill sets and experience
Based on the clients’ requirement- screening the resumes and judging the candidates to meet the particular requirement
Getting Feedback Ensuring the offer letter issues and joining date formalities.
Co-ordinate with other recruiters to work as a team.

Key Skills

Skills Required: Good Communication Skills (English Proficiency Required) Knowledge about Market Basic Computer Skills Leadership Skills Smart Worker, English, Hindi, Gujarati, Computer Literacy, Computer Skills
Required Experience and Qualifications
Qualification: Basic Graduation
Salary criteria: Depends on the Interview (Salary + Incentives)
Job Timing: (Office work only)
Monday to Friday – 9:45 AM to 6:45 PM
Saturday – 9:45 AM to 4:45 PM
Sunday - Off
Experience:work: 1 year (Preferred)
