Job Description
• Provide support for hiring of resources at the JioCenter/Area and ensure smooth on boarding of new joinees.
• Manage end to end employee life cycle of the employees at respective Jio Centers / areas.
• Ensure all people hygiene factors are completed as per timeline viz. Bank A/c, Aadhar, PAN, Nominations, SAMs, Bio metric, tools that are required for execution of task.
• Support Employee Relations team in people compliance at Jio Centers and Area.
• Handle employee queries on HR processes and policies. Manage Area MIS and tracking of key activities of HR
